This project provides for the improvement of SR 542 in Whatcom County, MP 31.93 - MP 32.04, Hedrick Creek Fish Barrier by replacing a twin box culvert with a bridge, drilled shaft foundations, retaining walls, roadway excavation, channel excavation, embankment compaction, grading, drainage, hot mix asphalt paving, pavements markings, permanent signing, temporary roadway bypass, temporary retaining walls and traffic control.
